What are the payment methods?

Affiliates have an option of receiving payment via

a. eGift Voucher
b. Electronic Fund Transfer(EFT)

If affiliates requested payment via gift voucher, kokanKart will accrue and withhold referral fees until the total amount due is at least Rs 2500.00. If affiliates select payment via EFT, kokankart will accrue and withhold referral fees until the total amount due is at least Rs 5000.00. Gift vouchers may be redeemed against the purchase from www.kokankart.com

What if the customer returns/cancels the product?

Kokankart has a 30-day cancellation/return policy. Hence products ordered through your affiliate links might get canceled or returned within 30 days of ordering. We make payments to the affiliates only for products that are not returned in these 30 days.
