Shipment processing time

All orders are processed within 4 business days.

if shipments or deliveries occur on weekends or holidays. Your delivery was possibly delayed because of experiencing a high volume of orders. If this will happen with your order, we will contact you through call or SMSs/email notification and try to resolve your shipping issue as soon as possible.

Shipping rates and delivery estimates

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated by your area pin code and displayed at checkout.

Prepaid orders may get offered as low-cost shipping charges according to area pin codes, which also depends on shipping location limitations.

Shipment confirmation and order tracking

Customers get order processing and receive a shipment confirmation and tracking number on my account page.

Customs, duties, and taxes

Kokankart is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).

Damages

KokanKart is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier or our support team directly to file a claim. Please save all packaging material and damaged goods before filing a claim.

Kokankart is not shipping or selling any item outside of the country.
