IT Support Engineer

KOKANKART is seeking a skilled and proactive IT Support Engineer to join our team. You will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our online platform, handling technical issues, and supporting both customers and internal staff with IT-related needs. This role requires problem-solving skills, a strong technical background, and excellent communication abilities.

Responsibilities:

• Provide technical support for website, servers, and applications.
• Troubleshoot hardware, software, and network issues.
• Coordinate with developers to resolve platform bugs or downtime.
• Install, configure, and maintain IT systems.
• Ensure data backups, security patches, and updates are regularly applied.
• Assist team members in resolving IT-related queries promptly.

Requirements:

• Proven experience in IT support or a similar role.
• Knowledge of e-commerce platforms, hosting, and website management.
• Familiarity with WordPress, cPanel, and cloud hosting services.
• Understanding of basic networking and cybersecurity principles.
• Good problem-solving and communication skills.
